For every single package or parcel we send to you, we need to declare the parcel contents and category to your local customs for clearance process. Generally, we will only declare the category as Merchandise / Gift.


Declare as Merchandise

In general, all the shipment we send out will declare as merchandise for smoothing the customs clearance process, you have your obligations to complete your local customs VAT, import tax or duty. Invoice for the products will be provided together on the shipment.

  • Accept P.O. box address


Declare as Gift

We can declare your shipment as a gift if you have your consent to do so. However, not all shipping provider we provided accept this kind of declaration. Generally, all commercial courier do not accept gift declaration. You will find the option available during your second payment checkout if your picked shipping provided support.

  • Only available for personal recipient

  • May NOT Accept P.O. box address

  • Normally applied to parcel weight below 10kg and no repeated items more than 5 times (e.g 5 pairs of same socks). Nearly all Customs regards this a commercial use instead of a gift.


Despite what kind of declaration instruction you provided, we will reserve the final adjustment rights to make sure the documentation is correct. Always remember duty and import VAT a part of your obligation to your country. The correct declaration is always the best way.
